Paperwork Preparation

Upfront Costs
- $50 Application Fee. This is a non-refundable fee (All occupants 18 or older must be listed on the application. Application covers background and credit screening for 2 applicants only. Any additional occupants 18 or older must complete a separate application with fee.)

Tenant Screening
We conduct a screening of all applicants. Our software conducts a background check, credit check, and eviction check.
Move-In/Move-out Inspections
Our office conducts inspections each time a tenant moves in or out of a property.
Pictures are taken before each move in to put in the tenant's file and also at the end of their tenancy.
Online Tenant Portal
We offer access to tenant online portal. Our portal allows you to pay rent online, review account and submit maintenance requests.
Physical Office Location
Our office is located conveniently in downtown Morganton, North Carolina and staffed 5 days a week allowing tenants face-to-face service if required.
